Deposits
There is a $300 deposit to hold your puppy. We also accept deposits on upcoming litters, and customers with deposits get priority in the selection process on a first in first out basis. Deposit customers are offered the puppy of their choice in order of deposits received after the 4 week old photos are posted. The $300 deposit is both refundable and transferable. We don't want you taking one of our precious puppies if you're not absolutely ready to do so. Deposits will be refunded upon request**. You may also choose to apply your deposit to a future litter.
Lifetime Health Guarantee
We take great pride in our sterling reputation for healthy, happy puppies. All of our puppies come with a lifetime
genetic health guarantee. We guarantee for the lifetime of your puppy that it will not have life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects or we will replace your puppy free of charge.
Free Microchip
We are a strong advocate of the microchip, and each of our puppies go home with a Datamars chip inserted. A microchip is about the size of a grain of rice, but it could mean the difference between never seeing your best friend again, or having him home by suppertime, if he gets lost. The microchip is inserted with a hypodermic needle between a puppy's shoulder blades in a process that is described by our veterinarian as no more painful than a flu shot. It works something like a bar code, and is an invaluable tool in reuniting lost pets with their families. We pay the fee for the chip. Your only responsibility is to register the chip in the PetLink database. Please visit petlink.net to register your new puppy. We recommend having your pets scanned regularly to be sure the chips are readable, and would emphasize that you remember to register the chip and make sure the registry information is kept up-to-date when you move or transfer ownership of your puppy.
Puppy Delivery
For your convenience, we will arrange to have your puppy delivered right to your door. We deliver across the country. The fee for delivery ranges on average from $250 to $400 depending on delivery location. Some longer distance locations may be more than $400 for delivery. We use Furever Pet Transport for our delivery service. They are registered by the the USDA and will ensure that your puppy is well cared for on its journey to your home. Whether you choose to have your puppy delivered or will be picking it up, we require at least a 48 hour notice.

**Please note: A deposit is only made once you have decided to bring home one of our puppies. It's a commitment. We use that deposit in an effort to give your puppy the best care we possibly can. On occasion, a family may choose to get a refund instead of a puppy. We offer a 100% refund of your deposit should you need one for whatever reason. That does not mean you will get your refund immediately upon requesting one. At times you may. Other times it may take a week or two. There may be times it may take longer. For example, if we have a litter that is not born on time and all families request a refund, you will go on the refund list in the order the refund was requested and we will do everything we can to refund you just as soon as possible.We understand circumstances can change and hope to receive the same understanding. Please understand that we have the puppies' best interest at heart and your deposit goes towards the care of your puppy. This is why some breeders don't even offer a refund. If you choose to get a refund, please understand we will get your deposit back to you just as soon as we can. We will refund you within 90 days of request. Thank you
